What information do you need to prepare a quotation?
The material and its bulk density, the throughput you need, where the machine will work (berth, rail siding, yard or feeding line), the radius and height you need to reach, the power available on site and your delivery port. The project form on this site collects all of it.
What affects the price of a material handler?
The model and chassis, single or dual power, the cab and safety options, the grab or attachment, freight and delivery terms, installation and commissioning, and any spare parts package you order with the machine.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the model, configuration and order quantity, and is confirmed in the quotation.
Do you install and commission the machine?
Yes. We install and commission machines on site, or guide your team through installation and commissioning, depending on the project.
What does the warranty cover?
Repairs within the warranty period are free of charge. The warranty period and scope are set out in your contract.
How are spare parts supplied?
Our parts storage center keeps common, wear and maintenance parts in stock and ships them by the most suitable logistics route.
Is technical support available after delivery?
Technical consultation is available by telephone 24 hours a day, and our service team follows up regularly by phone.
Do you train operators and maintenance staff?
Yes. Training covers how the machine works, operating technique and basic maintenance, and can be carried out on a simulator or on the actual machine.
What documentation comes with the machine?
Product manuals, operating instructions, maintenance manuals and specifications for wear parts and spare components.
Can a machine be configured for our site?
Yes. Chassis, power, cab height and grab are selected for the job, and we can discuss further adaptations once we have your working conditions.
