Lead time depends on the configuration and order quantity, and is confirmed in the quotation.
What do we need on site?
Rails laid to the specified gauge along the working line, plus the electric supply (380 V / 50 Hz). Rail, foundation and power details are confirmed with your layout drawing. We install and commission on site, or guide your team through it.
What does the warranty cover?
Repairs within the warranty period are free of charge. The warranty period and scope are set out in your contract.
How are spare parts supplied?
Our parts storage center keeps common, wear and maintenance parts in stock and ships them by the most suitable logistics route.
Is technical support available after delivery?
