What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the configuration and order quantity, and is confirmed in the quotation.
What do we need on site?
A foundation for the pedestal or base at the work point, plus the electric supply (400 V / 50 Hz). Foundation and power details are confirmed with your layout drawing. We install and commission on site, or guide your team through it.
What does the warranty cover?
Repairs within the warranty period are free of charge. The warranty period and scope are set out in your contract.
How are spare parts supplied?
Our parts storage center keeps common, wear and maintenance parts in stock and ships them by the most suitable logistics route.
Is technical support available after delivery?
Technical consultation is available by telephone 24 hours a day, and our service team follows up regularly.
